To register for a wholesale account, please follow these steps:

Register as a new customer by going to the Accounts link. If you have already created an account, please skip to the next step.

Send us a message through our Contact form. Include your new username and Tax ID number (non-profits, please include your 501c3 number).

Once we receive your email, we will get your account setup as a wholesale account and email you with the information you need to get started.
Once you are all set up, you can log in and place your order through my website.
If you prefer, you can email us or call with your order and in this case, you do not need to go through the steps defined above.
Because we custom make all of our dog collars when they are ordered, please allow 10-14 days for production and delivery of all orders of 40 collars or less. More than 40 collars in a single order may take additional time to complete. We ship using UPS or USPS for orders of 40 dog collars or less. Standard delivery time is 2-3 days in the US or 4-12 days Internationally. If you place a larger order, we will ship using UPS.
