| Last year's Hope for Hounds collection was such a huge success that we really wanted to do something special for 2008. We wanted to create a collar that was not only exclusive, but was designed just for Hope for Hounds.
Xan Blackburn and I teamed up to create the ribbon - and if you aren't familiar with her work, you should get familiar with it. She is an incredible artist with an amazing eye for detail. You can see her work here: Xan's Art
Our HFH 2008 ribbon is an olive green color with the words Hope, Believe, and Love separated by hounds playbowing and standing. We have layered this ribbon on every color grosgrain you can imagine, to create as many different looks as there are different hounds.
The matching leash is a gorgeous combination of velvet and Hope ribbon. We added the velvet ribbon to the inside of the leash because it adds a touch of luxury and creates a leash that is so soft, you can't wait to walk your hounds!
In addition, this year we have keyfobs and headbands available for the humans. So even when you are out and about without your hounds, you can create awareness and celebrate the lives of our hounds. See below for images of the keyfobs, headbands, and all of the colors available.
From now until April 30th, 2008, we will double our donation to $10 for each collar sold, $6 for each leash, $5 for each headband, and $3 for each keyfob sold.
