| One of my favorite Valentine's Collars ever! I found this gorgeous 1.5" wide grosgrain ribbon with XOXO or "I LOVE YOU" messages along the border and couldn't resist. I layered coordinating 3/8" wide heart ribbon over the grosgrain and lined them in coordinating heart cuddle satin. These collars are sure to capture the heart of your hound's special friend!
