Description
Our Freedom No-Pull Harnesses come with a lifetime replacement warranty. The cost is only $12.99 per harness, which also includes shipping back to you. Just send your chewed harness to us (we promise not to judge your dog for chewing!) and we’ll send you a brand new one (same size and color). The process for the replacement warranty usually takes about 5-7 business days from the time you mail your harness to us. There could be delays during especially busy mail seasons (winter holidays, for example).
Here’s how it works:
Process your replacement order here, print your paid warranty invoice (you will receive via email) and put it in the package with your damaged harness (we do not need your original proof of purchase receipt). You will not need a Return Authorization number as your order ID is also considered your RA #.

Shipping is included (in the United States) when we send the replacement harness back to you. You are responsible for shipping the chewed harness to us. Please do not include the training leash if you have one.
The replacement warranty is for the harness only and does not cover the training leash. Please call 704-234-0228 if your training leash has been chewed.
About the Freedom Harness and Chewing
The nylon webbing used for the Freedom harness has a 3800 lb test strength, the same grade used to tow small vehicles. It does not break apart or fray when worn by a dog, no matter how large or strong. However, it can rip if it is chewed on or comes into contact with something sharp.
As the harness is designed for walking your dog, we recommend that you do not leave it on your dog when you are not actively using it to walk/train him or her. If the harness is on a dog when the dog is unattended, it takes only a few seconds for the dog to nip a strap.
*Note: Dirty, outgrown, or lost harnesses are not covered by the warranty.

Please note that you don’t receive a shipping label by purchasing a repair, you’re responsible for all shipping and associated costs if you send something back to be repaired. All told the cost is and hassle is as much as just buying a new item. Calling this a “warranty” is simply a misnomer. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Should be zero stars! The web belts are soft and cheaply made, and your dog can chew through them in about 2 minutes if you turn your back. I was called away while fitting the harness and came back to find it chewed through. Never got to use it. To add insult to injury, the company wants you to pay more money under their “warranty!”

We never leave the harness on our pup when unattended and have gone through 4. They tear and become too worn to use within months. The “warranty ” cost as much as buying a new one once I inquired at the post office and FedEx about the cost to ship the worn ones back. Not a quality product and I’ve bought 4.
