    Too big and the return policy is tough. I spent almost $30 for a collar to be shipped. I will have to pay for my own return shipping label to get a $12.00 credit. It’s just easier to keep and cut my losses.

    The collar was too big and not what I thought it would look like. And the return policy is tough. I spent over $30 dollars for this collar. To return I have to pay the return shipping to only get a $11.00 credit. It’s not worth the efforts.
