I looked only at this picture of a velvet collar with metal buckle. If you do like I did you will not get the one as pictured So I paid $28 thinking I was getting the one pictured but when it arrived I just got a martingale collar which is a slip over the head collar, no buckle. I called to see why I did not get the collar that is pictured and was told they could not picture every collar style. So why show a picture ? I was upset. Plus I called prior to ordering to make sure this is like the one I got before which I was very happy with cause I had also ordered an engraved plaque with my dog’s info. I wanted it to fit this new collar. The girl confirmed this was correct. But when it arrived it was not like the one I have. I told them I just did not think this was right. But they told me I could donate the collar I got and they would send me the one I thought I ordered but I would have to pay $10.69 for postage. Soo, I paid $28 plus $10.69 , almost $40 for a collar? I called again but was told that they could have required me to ship the collar back and pay the postage plus postage on the one I thought I had ordered!!!! Absurd. I had also purchased a harness and leash.

I won’t order from this company again. I have in the past and was happy and like American made products. But if you picture an item, that is what people think they are getting. My advice is to go to a pet store or dog event to examine what you want.
