    No clasp

    Not what is shown in the picture. There is a buckle or clasp shown in the picture, but not on the actual collar. So in theory you have to loosen it to put it on and to take it off rather than just pinching the clasp to release the collar. Not a good design and how is that safe in emergencies? Definitely want my money back, I will happily return this useless collar.

    Hi there, you are correct! You had ordered the Martingale style collar (which does not come with a buckle, it is designed that way for dogs who need a martingale style collar).     Excellent collar

    We love this collar! ItÒ€ℒs so pretty and fits very well. We also got the leash to go with it and we love it too. Very happy with this purchase.
