  • You can wash it in the washing machine by placing the collar in a pillow case and using the gentle cycle OR place it in a sink filled with cold water and detergent.  Let it soak and rinse it well.  Always air dry your collar.

The holidays are an excuse for a little indulgence, and this collar delivers it all – luxurious red velvet on the outside, soft emerald green satin on the inside, and premium hardware to complete the look and luxe. For multi-dog household appeal, the same collar is available in red velvet with emerald green satin on the inside.

Choose from solid brass or silver hardware. The silver slides are nickel-plated solid brass and the d-ring is nickel-plated welded steel.

Add a coordinating Swiss velvet leash in Red or Emerald to complete the set.

This and every collar:

  • Starts with a strong but soft webbing core in a width to match the collar width
  • Encloses the webbing entirely in either crepe- or flannel-backed satin for body and softness on the neck
  • Is securely sewn using industrial strength nylon thread on industrial sewing machines, and is
  • Finished with top-of-the-line hardware, including welded d-rings.

    glitter and gold

    We have a Malinois puppy that I love to "dress up". I've ordered the harness (functional and better than most harnesses on the market) and collars. The velvet collar is so adorable and the quality of the material and design is the best.

    Beautiful collars!

    I ordered a green velvet collar and a red velvet collar for my two sweet retired racing greyhounds for the Christmas season. The collars are beautiful! Very well made and a comfortable fit for both! I appreciate the ease and speed of ordering, and all of the options.     Love this collar! So well made! Outstanding quality. Where else can you get a custom velvet collar at a reasonable price? I loved being able to pick out the width, the color and the hardware. I love having different collars for different seasons.

    2 Hounds Design will be my only source for collars!

    Gorgeous red velvet w green velvet edging! As stated in another review it is a hair magnet. but what isn't on a Grey? I ordered a size larger than I needed so I would say to others if on the edge of next size stay with smaller one. Bought matching leash and our "Spock" looks quite dashing in his regalia.

    Love the collars. The only drawback for me was that the velvet is a hair magnet and I am constantly taping them to get the dog hair off of them. Should have gone w silk material.
